Sarpa Oro di Poli

Sarpa Oro

“Sarpa” in Venetian language means “grape marc”, the raw material from which Grappa is obtained.

Born in 1991, Sarpa Oro is patiently aged in the underground cellars of the distillery, where there are nearly 4.000 225-litres oak barriques.

Sarpa Oro is simply a perfect Grappa; it holds the great evolution of this spirit: from popular product to symbol of Italy in the world.

Sarpa Oro di Poli

Fascinating as a Malaysian tiger.

Grappa patiently stored in the underground cellars of the Poli Distillery, flowing-steam distilled.

Its aroma recalls a basket with exotic fruits, vanilla, almonds and toasted hazelnuts.
