Awesome schooltrip for these youths from the province of Belluno
"Della Lucia" high school located in Feltre is a forward looking school set in beautiful surroundings and provides a prestigious venue where students are educated to become technicians either in the food or in the agricultural branch.
Mr. Sanson took his students last 26th of November 2013 to Schiavon where they spent a bit over an hour to find out more about Grappa making.
Our guide Alberto availed himself of the ancient copper still used by the family and some other multimedia to explain how we're still distilling Grappa the old way.
