Restaurateurs and barman from Verona visit
On Monday the 16th of April we had a nice visit from a group of restaurateurs and barman from Verona, among which there was ms. Alessandra Braga of the Restaurant Ilva in Sanguinetto (VR).
They were accompanied by Giorgio and Giorgia Cavaleri, Sales Representatives for the province of Verona.
The guests followed all the production phases of the Grappa, from the arrival of the raw material to the distillation, from the refining of the Grappa to the bottling.
During the final tasting stage they were able to confront various types of distillates from the Poli Distillery.
For sure the best way to appreciate a product like Grappa is by visiting the Poli Distillery.
