Mr. Jerry Haines and wife visit from Washington D.C. (USA)
On the 8th of May 2007 we had a nice visit from Mr. Jerry Haines, a journalist that lives in Washington DC and writes for the Washington Post and the L.A. Times.
Mr. Haines, accompained by his wife, followed all the production phases of the Grappa, from the arrival of the raw material to the distillation, from the refining of the Grappa to the bottling.
During the final tasting stage they were able to confront various types of distillates from the Poli Distillery.
