GREST, summer kids club visit from Cassola (VI)
On the 11th of July 2012, our distillery was peacefully invaded by a crowd of screaming kids, aged 6 to 11, from Cassola, on the outskirts of Bassano del Grappa.
It just took a couple of minutes to calm them down: Cristina T. introduced the story of the Poli family as she were actually telling a fairytale whereas Alberto tried to explain how Grappa is made as easy as can be ...
They later sat down on the floor in our Barrels Hall to draw the distilation of Grappa and enjoyed some toast and jam in our canteen ! See you next year !
