Catering Services High School "Artusi" from Recoaro meets Jacopo Poli
Youngsters over to Schiavon to talk to the Grappa master
A 4th class attending the Catering Services High School "Artusi" in Recoaro (Vicenza) met Jacopo Poli last 13th of december 2012: they were aiming to better know how Poli transforms the very best grape marc from the Pedemontana area into a delicious spirit.
Jacopo Poli wouldn't miss out a chance to urge these wannabes hotel maitres to commit themselves to carry on this all-italian tradition of great food and high-quality drinks.
Our distillery is open to anyone wishing to dive into the art of distilling: single visitors, schools, families and bigger groups are very welcome here in Schiavon !
