"Coq Au Vin" Members from Maastricht Nederland - visit
On Tuesday the 18th of May 2010, we received 18 members of "Coq Au Vin" Chefs Association from Maastricht - Nederland.
Jacopo Poli taught them the most important aspects of spirits and in details the reason why Grappa is considered a unique distillate in the world. He guided the group through an intense Grappa Tasting and inside the Distillery.
At the end the members presented to the Poli family the coat of arms of the association.
