Asiago Dop Cheese meets Traditional Balsamic Vinegar at the Distillery

An original and delicious marriage, between the Asiago Dop Cheese and the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, was celebrated on Sunday 21 May 2006 at Asiago, with great satisfaction to all palates involved!

As a fitting conclusion to the festivities, the guests visited the old discontinuous-cycle still at the Poli Distilleries at Schiavon.
