As a matter of fact, the Torah regards Grapes as a deeply emblematic fruit: that’s why only orthodox Jews are entitled to handle them.

Three Rabbi’s, as well as other orthodox believers, were called to phisically take to part to all stages of distillation.

Poli Eve is obtained fromMuscat grape marc and features white flowers and citrus scents.
Eve is the name chosen by the Poli family to recall the idea of creation, of the utmost purity and, at the same time, of the beauty and charme of the first ever woman, Eve.
