Visit of the Hotellerie School of Castelfranco
On Tuesday the 1st of December, we received a group of Students of the Hotellerie School of Castefranco.
Jacopo Poli taught them the most important aspects of spirits and in details the reason why Grappa is considered a unique distillate in the world.
He then guided the group through the Distillery and to the final Grappa Tasting!
