On Wednesday the 7th of April 2010, we received a group of Students of OIV - Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin.
Jacopo Poli taught them the most important aspects of spirits and in details the reason why Grappa is considered a unique distillate in the world. He guided the group through an intense Grappa Tasting and inside the Distillery!
