Padua University's Course in Science of Gastronomy and Restoration
The 31st of May 2006 the students of the "Course in Science of Gastronomy and Restoration" organized by the University of Padova took a lesson at the Poli Distilleries in order to go deeper into the knowledge of Grappa and its historic evolution from the Medieval Age till the modern days.
