Ivrea Choir visit
On Saturday the 2nd of June 2007 we had a visit from some friends from the Ivrea choir.
The guests followed the various production phases of the Grappa until the refining stage in barrique barrels. In the end they were able to confront the various distillates during the final tasting stage.
