Hotel and Restaurant Institute of Treviso

On Tuesday the 27th of March 2007 we had a visit from the Hotel and Restaurant Institute "Alberini" of Treviso.

The students from the institute followed all the production phases (from the arrival of the raw material to the distillation, from the refining of the grappa to the bottling) visiting various production departments and the wine cellar.

In the final tasting session they were able to improve their knowledge of the organoleptic characteristics that distinguishes a distillate like Grappa.
