Wanna be barmen and bargirls enjoy Jacopo's class on distillates
Ippssar "Maffioli" in Possagno come once again to Schiavon
Jacopo and the whole Poli family express their thanks to the students attending the Ipssar "Maffioli" in nearby Possagno(Tv) who came over to Schiavon for a technical guided tour last April 11th 2014.
In the room where the osteria "Al cappello" was once hosted, now turned into the distillery's headquarters, Jacopo spent some 30 minutes giving a class about the different types of spirits and brandies produced all over the planet.
Alberto later took the young students through our premises for a comprehensive tour of our artisanal still, bottling department and ageing cellar.
Finally, a refreshing Airone Rosso as well as some Vaca Mora were served to the students, as an ideal end to an interesting morning spent together with the poli family.
