Brocchi Institute (Bassano del Grappa) and French students visit
On Friday the 16th of February we had a visit from the students at Brocchi Institute from Bassano del Grappa. The students were accompanied by their fellow classmates who came from France for a cultural exchange program to see the traditional Italian distillate and understand it's depth.
The students followed all the production phases of the Grappa, from the distillation to the refining stage, from bottling to the sales.
