Padua University students visit
On Wednesday the 28th March 2007 we had a visit from the students in the Bachelor Program of Science and Culture of Gastronomy and Restoration (University of Padua).
The students participated in a lesson, which was held by Jacopo Poli, on origin, distillation techniques, and the market of Grappa. Afterwards they visited the facilities and the cellar for the final Grappa tasting session.
