Williams & Humbert - Grappa Barili di Sherry PX
On Tuesday the 23rd of June 2009, during Vinexpo in Bordeaux, Jacopo Poli presented the new Grappa Elevata in Barili di Sherry.
This Grappa was born from the co-operation between the Bodegas Williams & Humbert founded by the Alexander Williams and Arthur Humbert, in 1877, in Jerez de La Frontera - Spain, and the Poli Distillery founded by Giobatta Poli in 1898, in Schiavon - Italy.
Jacopo Poli visited the Bodegas Williams & Humbert - the cathedral of Sherry - and, after tasting various Fino, Amontillado and Oloroso, chose a Sherry from the grapes of Pedro Ximenez. In our cellars, they are enriching this memorable Grappa with unique aromatic notes.
Together with family Medina, Jacopo Poli invites you to discover the result of this unique co-operation.
