ACCADEMIA BOTANICA: Nature infusions since 1898
We are pleased to announce the new Accademia Botanica elixirs line, the Poli Distillerie project that combines ancient knowledge with contemporary flavour.
Since 1898 the Poli family has been using natural raw materials to prepare their infusions. Gio Batta Poli’s recipe books have been joined, over time, by a large collection of ancient texts and pharmacopoeias dedicated to the distillation of herbs.
Hence the desire to give to a consolidated tradition a deeper awareness of the beneficial properties of the botanicals used in liqueurs.
The restyling of our elixirs aims to enhance the herbal use of medicinal plants in liqueur sector, thanks to a packaging with an original and evocative design.
