Holy Pere

	Ingredients:
	1¼ oz (3,75 cl) Pere di Poli
	¾ oz (2,2 cl) lychees
	Lime
	brown sugar
	Garnish: pear slices
	
	Preparation:
	Pour the ingredients into a shaker and shake firmly. Filter the content and pour it into a chilled highball glass. Add some pear slices to decorate.
