“Build” Technique

Ingredients
30 ml Poli Herbalis
30 ml Poli Gran Bassano Bianco
Top with seltzer

Preparation
Fill a tumbler with ice and pour equal parts Poli Herbalis herbal bitter and Gran Bassano Bianco vermouth.
Add seltzer and garnish with a lemon peel.
