Many thanks to Serena, owning the wine shop “Serena Armaduzzi” in Bologna, who hosted us on Thursday, october 24th 2014 for one night for a tasting
Jacopo Poli himself gave a masterclass and led the participants during the tasting of 3 different types of Grappa: Sarpa Barrique, Po di Poli Morbida and Cleopatra Prosecco.
Grappa was the dinner’s leitmotiv too: a liquorice-based risotto prepared with our Poli Liquirizia.
