Poli - Italian Barman's Championship Award
From Monday the 15th till Wednesday the 17th of March the F.I.B. (Italian Barman's Federation) organized the Italian Barman's Championship for the students (third class) of all Italian's hotel trade schools.
In that occasion Jacopo Poli leaded a Grappa Masterclass, thus giving the opportunity to the young students to learn more about the value of the most important Italian distillate.
