Poli - "Honey Hopper" Cocktail

Cocktail recipe from Scott Hopper made on Tuesday the 09th February 2010 in front of Jacopo Poli at "Scarpetta Restaurant" New York - USA :

muddle 5 mint leaves
with 2 lemon wedges
in 2 oz. of Poli Miele.
add 15 oz. of citrus vodka.
shake with ice,
finish with soda
