The new back-label clearly shows the kind of fruit that was distilled:

Ciliegie di Poli is distilled in a way to exalt the almond taste of the crisp Durona di Marostica Cherry.

Pere di Poli is distilled in a way to exalt the fruity fragrance of the juicy Williams Pear from South Tyrol.

Lamponi di Poli is distilled in a way to exalt the aromatic intensity of the fresh Raspberry from Carnia.
