Cocktail with Poli Grappa wins Piazza San Marco 2023 Trophy
On April, 17th 2023 Venice hosted the second edition of Piazza San Marco 2023 Trophy, a bartenders’ challenge with participants from all over Italy.
The event took place in a magic location, Caffè Florian, one of the most historical and renowned cafés in St. Mark’s Square.
The first prize was conquered by a cocktail created by Renato de Marchi, barman at the Venice Simplon Orient Express, realized using almost entirely the Poli Distillery’s products.
Here the recipe of “Time after time”:
- 3 cl Whisky Segretario di Stato
- 3 cl Grappa Cleopatra Moscato
- 3 cl Vermouth
- 0,5 cl Amaro Vaca Mora
- Orange twist
