Trade Grappa Tasting in San Francisco
On the 7th of December 2006 at the Jardinière Restaurant in San Francisco, California, Jacopo Poli conducted an afternoon of Grappa Tasting reserved to the trade, in which amongst the guests were some of the best restauranteurs and wine-shop owners of the Bay area.
During the seminar many aspects were presented to explain why this Italian distillate is a unique spirit in the world.
