Poli Ruta
	
	Ingredients:
	4 fragole
	¾ oz (2,2 cl) Saint Germain
	1 oz (3 cl) Poli Ruta
	Garnish: strawberry
	
	Preparation:
	Pour strawberries into a highball glass and crush them properly with a muddler into a smooth puree. Fill the glass with ice and remaining ingredients and stir gently before serving.
