Holy Elegant
PO' di Poli Elegante
Ingredients:
1 oz (3 cl) PO' di Poli Elegante
½ oz (1,5 cl) Maraschino
1 oz (3 cl) Old Tom Gin
½ oz (1,5 cl) Red Vermouth
2 drops Boker’s bitter
Garnish: lemon zest
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cool them down with a bar spoon. Pour the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass, add some lemon zest to decorate.
