Poli - At what temperature is Grappa best served?

Not too cold, but especially not too warm: the ideal temperature for young and aromatic grappas is from 9 to 13°C, for aged grappas it is around 17°C (with few rare exceptions). When in doubt, it is always better to serve it colder: if a grappa is a little chilly, it can be warmed up in the hands to feel the build-up of its fine aroma, but the opposite is not possible.
