La actualidad del estilo Poli, un refinado equilibrio entre carácter y elegancia, se obtiene gracias a una utilización moderna del antiguo alambique de cobre compuesto de pequeñas calderas a vapor a ciclo descontinuo, uno de los poquísimos que todavía existen en Italia.
Poli - At what temperature is Grappa best served?
Not too cold, but especially not too warm: the ideal temperature for young and aromatic grappas is from 9 to 13°C, for aged grappas it is around 17°C (with few rare exceptions). When in doubt, it is always better to serve it colder: if a grappa is a little chilly, it can be warmed up in the hands to feel the build-up of its fine aroma, but the opposite is not possible.
