On Monday the 18th of May we welcomed the Journalist Jason Wilson from "Washington Post" - Washington DC.
Mr. Wilson interviewed Jacopo Poli and together they went deep into different aspects related to Grappa, the old fashion style, its improvement through the times, the high levels quality of modern Grappa and the perspectives for the future. They also talked about the Grappa legislation and the production-process.
At the end Jacopo guided him through the Distillery and through a Grappa tasting in our cellars!
