Gustolocale - Italian magazine - February 2009
The Italian Magazine "Gustolocale", Monthly Issue-February 2009, talks about a particular Tasting: "Ice cream meets Grappa". Grappa not just to be drunk with but to be used to make it.
Danio from the "Il Gelataio di Vicenza" used the Poli's Liquorice Grappa to make strudel and chocolate-ice cream. What fantastic result!
