The author, Joe Campanale (clearly Italian origin...) relates the Grappa and how it's ever more achieving the American taste. This distillate, exclusively Italian, because of its versatility and variety can satisfy everybody's palat.
Recommends: Poli Traminer, a soft and fruit-forward style of Grappa; it features melon, nectarines, apricots, white flowers and sweet baking spices like nutmeg and cloves; it remains six months in stainless steel before release.
