Markus Stein article on "Abenteuer und Reisen" magazine

The journalist Markus Stein dedicated an article to the Poli Distillery in the German Magazine "abenteuer und reisen", issue of July 2010.

He introduces Grappa, telling the readers that Italians are used to drink Grappa as after-dinner-drink. Then, the family-motto, to distil good is easy: one only needs fresh grape-pomace and one hundred years of experience.

Mr Stein visited the Distillery the 15th of October 2009, he discovered how we made this distillate and after a detailed tasting session he found also his favourite Grappa... "Sarpa di Poli Barrique".
