A tuition on brandies by Jacopo Poli
"The world in a glass" to offer an overview of famous brandies and liqueurs made following traditional recipes from every corner of the earth, heritage of ancient healing potions and the use of fermentation to keep nutritious raw materials.
This and more was conveyed to participants at "Master of food", offered by Slow Food and entirely consecrated to the world of brandies.
