Airone Rosso is not the usual aperitif: it was created in 1951 to celebrate Toni Poli’s homecoming from an adventurous trip to Cape North aboard his Guzzi Airone sport motorbike. Its citrus and spiced notes match harmonically with the herbaceous notes of Fentiman’s and with Prosecco, whose bubbles donate vivacity and balance to the drink.
