Our importer Vinetum at the Poli Distillery
Friends from Finland distilling fresh grape marc with us.
September and October are dynamic and happy months here at Poli Distillery. Days during which we distil together, often made even more pleasant by the presence of guests coming from far away.
On September the 20th our dearest Jussi Soini came to visit uthe Distillery bringing along friends from Finland. They worked with us, experienced hard labour and heavy sweating on our pot still and at the end we ate and celebrated together.
