Grappa Maria: Good and organic.
The organic Grappa is now available, a new product at the Poli Distillery.
It's nice and organic: her name is Maria and is the new Poli Grappa obtained from marc of organic farming and bain-marie distilled.
It actually was a lady inventing this old distilling method, Mary the Jewess, the alchimist, Moses sister.
This gentle must- and hyacinth-scented, yet vigorous and round Grappa is a tribute to her.
We distilled under the supervision of the board of certification Bios with protocol 23814 - in accordance with the Rules of Procedure CE 834/200.
