Round Table Italia in Incisa Val d'Arno (Fi)
After a short break for the new year's celebrations, Round Table Italia takes off again and heads south this time, to Tuscany, which is famous worldwide for being the cradle of Renaissance and a solid milestone in the italian food-and-wine tradition.
Will Jacopo and his colleagues be able once more to seduce more and more people with the magic coming from top-quality Grappa ?
Osteria De' Giusti in Incisa Val d'Arno (Fi) was home to the 11th edition of Round Table Italia on the 24th of january 2012: great help came from Graziano Monticelli and Gaddo Giusti, agents for the Florence and Pistoia areas, whereas our Holy Poli cocktail won't quickly be forgotten by the participants !
