At the first conference of cuisine from Vicenza the Poli Mignon Grappas come on stage
On Sunday the 27th of July we were with our Mignon Grappas also represented at the first conference of cuisine from Vicenza.
An evening dedicated to the increase of the heritage of wine and food of the province with the presence of: producers, starred chefs, master bakers and craftsmen of good taste, all united by the same spirit of sharing and celebration.
Lorenzo Cogo, chef patron of El COQ Restaurant, has organized the event,
reuniting in only one evening the chefs Nicola and Pierluigi Portinari of the restaurant La Peca, Antonio Dal Lago of the restaurant Casin del Gamba, Renato Rizzardi of La Locanda di Piero and Corrado Fasolaro of Spinechile Resort.
In conclusion of the evening a coffee and a Mignon Grappa could not miss, which was given as a present to all guests for bringing home a bit of the excellence from Vicenza.
