Poli Sarpa Barrique


Ingredients:

¾ oz (2,2 cl) Poli Sarpa Barrique
¾ oz (2,2 cl) Brandy italiano
½ oz (1,5 cl) Maraschino
½ oz (1,5 cl) Orange Curaçao
½ oz (1,5 cl) liquid sugar
4 drops Angostura bitter
1 oz (3 cl) lemon juice
Garnish: frosted sugar


Preparation:

Lay some frosted sugar on the glass rim. Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes, shake well, filter the content and pour it into a cocktail glass
