The actuality of the Poli style, a refined balance of character and elegance, is due to a modern use of the ancient copper pot still, composed by steam cauldrons working at discontinuous cycle, among the very few still existing in Italy.

In September 2008, the television of Verde a Nordest entered in the Poli Distillery during the event "Open Distillery"

The video shows the family, the distillery, the museum, the Products as well as the transformation of the grape-pomace in a noble Grappa.
